All Murals are hand-painted, one-of-kind, originals

Completion Times Vary:  A 64 square foot mural takes approximately 7 work-days to complete, however I can work with deadlines.

Mural pricing is calculated by square footage. Pricing depends on the size of your wall.  For example, an extremely large space (over about 150 square feet) is discounted per square foot. Mural pricing also depends on the amount of detail or subject madder.

Ceiling murals, or murals over 12 feet high may run a little more, depending on how high it is. 

All mural prices include; the free onsite consultation , renderings (samples or sketches,) supplies, (with the exception of scaffold renting for murals that cannot be done with basic ladders.), and travel (up to 60 miles one way). Farther distances may have a small one-way travel fee added.

Interest Free, Financing Available for murals costing over $1,000.00 (payments divided into 6 payments; first payment due on start of mural, 2nd payment due at finish of mural, remaining payments 1 per month for 4 months) Interest (5%) is only charged  if payment is delinquent more than 30 days.

Children's Theme Murals are currently on sale until August 30, 2007 for only $6.50 per square foot! (local areas only).

Travel Rates:  Travel rates (outside Ventura, Santa Barbara, Ojai, or Los Angeles County) that require overnight stays are as follows:  The normal cost of the mural, round-trip transportation to mural city, overnight accommodations, daily per diem for transportation costs to and from the mural site and daily per diem for meals.  

Travel Payment TERMS:  round trip transportation, plus the first week's overnight costs and per diems in advance. (Due on a weekly basis, thereafter). Then, mural amount and any balances due on completion of project.

(Mural locations more than 60 miles outside of Thousand Oaks may have a small mileage rate added).

Faux Finishing:  prices starting at approximately $4.00 per square foot

Faux Finishing is also based on square footage and larger spaces: (more than 100 square feet can be discounted up to 50%).  Faux finishing pricing also depend on whether the faux finish is one-layer, two-layer, or three or more layers. Faux finishing can me include the traditional layered faux, marbling effects, faux wood grain, bricks, or stone. Faux effects can be done on walls, beams, columns, or furniture.  Exquisite, custom effects, such as gold-leafing, faux suede, faux fabric, paper-wall effects, or bronzing can also be done.     quick faux estimate

Decorative or Detail Painting

Decorative painting can include painted furniture, trim work, or any other small details. Please ask for a quick decorative estimate for your special project.

Venetian Plaster: starting at approximately $9.00 per square foot

I use the Authentic Venetian Plaster technique of layering colored plasters for this process. The finished product can be left rough, or given a smooth sheen appearance with a protective sealer or waxed. This gives the wall a warm, old world look. The pricing is also based on the size of wall, and whether it is 2-layered or 3-layers of plaster desired.
